House Bill 63
Requires notice/complaint-child placed with attorney-in-fact
To amend sections 2919.22, 3107.05, 3109.51, 4510.13, 4510.31, and 5101.13 and to enact sections 3107.035, 3109.81, 3109.811, 3109.812, 3109.813, 3109.814, and 3109.815 of the Revised Code regarding child rehoming and nonjudicial grants of parental rights.
