House Bill 527
Regulates the use of data received in job selection processes
To enact sections 4175.01, 4175.02, 4175.03, 4175.04, and 4175.05 of the Revised Code to regulate the collection, use, and retention of certain information obtained from an applicant during the employee selection process.
