House Bill 357
Removes abortion waiting period and notice requirements
To amend sections 2317.56, 2919.12, and 2919.192 and to repeal section 2919.122 of the Revised Code to remove waiting-period restrictions on when a woman can obtain an abortion and to repeal requirements governing the provision of notice to a woman's relative, custodian, or guardian, if the woman is seeking an abortion and is pregnant, unmarried, a minor, and unemancipated.
