House Bill 194
Prohibits bad faith patent infringement claims
To enact sections 2307.66 and 2307.67 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person from engaging in the widespread sending of bad faith, objectively baseless communications of patent infringement and to authorize the Attorney General to investigate and institute a civil action if the Attorney General believes a person has made such assertions of patent infringement.
